| 内容記述 | 1940年代から80年代まで、わが国の絵本・児童文学界を牽引した重要な翻訳家・研究者の光吉夏弥（1904～1989）は、ごく早い時期に1920・30年代のロシア絵本に注目し、数多くの実例を蒐集した。本論考では、白百合女子大学児童文化研究センターに残る光吉旧蔵ロシア絵本61点を紹介・分析するとともに、光吉が1943年に著した優れた論考「絵本の世界」におけるロシア絵本についての記述を参照し、彼が当時それらの絵本をどのように理解していたかを考察する。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Natsuya Mitsuyoshi (1904–1989) was an important translator and researcher who led Japanese children’s picture books and literature from the 1940s to the 1980s. He paid pioneering attention to Russian children’s picture books of the 1920s and 1930s and collected large amount of them. This paper introduces and analyzes the 61 Russian children’s picture books from Mitsuyoshi’s collection, now in the Research Center for Children’s Literature and Culture, Shirayuri University, and examines how he understood these books by referring to the descriptions of Russian children’s picture books in his excellent essay “The World of Picture Books,” written in 1943. | |||||||||||
